We undertake activities to ensure the client obtains an appropriate home for them to live in, designed to meet their individual needs and maintain appropriate accommodation and by assisting clients in daily life tasks in a shared living environment or individual environment.

We also provide short term accommodation for clients who need short time living arrangements away from their usual home. This will allow the client and their carer to have a break from their routine or a change in scenery.
